How can I return my item?
Returns can be arranged via the 'Contact us' section of our website.

Returns are subject to RockApe’s Refund Policy. To be eligible, you can request a return within the first 14 calendar days of receiving your product. After that, you have a further 16 calendar days to return the product. Any software purchases are not covered under our Returns Policy and are not eligible for a refund. For more information regarding what happens when you receive defective items, please click here. 

If you do decide to return an order, or part of it, please provide us with the following details:

  • Order number

  • A contact telephone number

Refunds
Refunds

A refund is processed once we have received your item. The way your refund is handled is based on your original payment method.

 

  • PayPal: For purchases made with a credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 30 days to show up on your account. If you brought an item using a bank account or PayPal balance, then the balance will be credited to your PayPal account and should show within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Credit or debit card: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 working days of receipt of the items being returned.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective item please contact us in the first instance to report the problem. RockApe's one-year limited warranty is separate to your consumer rights under UK consumer law.

Invoice

You should receive an electronic copy of your invoice, via email, within three days of placing your order. RockApe do not provide a physical copy as part of any order.

If you did not receive your invoice, or would like another copy for your records, please contact us.
