How long will I have to wait for my computer?

We pride ourselves on the quality of the components and the build of every bespoke PC.  Whilst we endeavour to ship your order within a week, our hand-built machines may take a little longer depending on the availability of any specialist part you require. The below delivery times (noted below) are estimates and are given to you as a reference only, not a guarantee. The estimates are calculated based on payment confirmation.

  • Build Times: Estimated 3 - 10 working days

  • Delivery Times: Our Free postage option delivers within 48 hour using 'Tracked 48 with Signature' service (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If you require your item even faster, please select the paid postage options at checkout

How can I speed up my delivery?

If you need your computer as soon as possible we offer the option at checkout to request a fast track delivery. Alternatively, we regularly build and test all configurations of our PC's to ensure each component works well together. While these are still new machines, we sell them at a discount and are ready to be shipped immediately.

Why do build times vary so much?

All our PCs are built from scratch and once completed, extensively tested and benchmarked. Some of our PCs require a more comprehensive build (such as graphics cards, water cooling, RGB lighting etc) and as such will add to the build time. However, PCs in our NUC range are usually built and tested in 2-3 days and dispatched the next working day.

What are 'Working Days?

Working days are defined as: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays.

Will I be kept updated as to the delivery status of my PC?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the location of your computer as it makes its way to your front door.

Do you use a specific courier?

Our preferred courier is the Royal Mail. All deliveries are sent via 'Recorded Mail' and will require a signature upon arrival. If no-one is available to sign for it a card with a telephone number will be left so you can arrange for a redelivery or organise collection at your nearest depot.
